Founder and Consultant Alex Rodriguez
Alex Rodriguez has a love for the Lord and living the Great Commission. She has been leading people and teams with dynamic leadership skills for over ten years. Her deep empathy and intentionality draws out the potential in others. After serving with FOCUS for seven years she started Avila Coaching and Consulting.
